On todays episode we talk about how sleep is so slept on, pun intended. We are always looking for something to help us feel better, healthier, aide our fitness journey etc. What if I told you it was as simple as getting your recommended hours of sleep?

How to get a good nights rest according to the mayo clinic:
- Stick to a sleep schedule
- Pay attention to what you eat and drink
- Create a restful environment
- Limit daytime naps
- Include physical activity in your daily routine
- Manage worries
- Talk to your health care provider
